- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been very upset with my planning also. I have sick and missed an appointment. But it seem I was getting pushed back to 2018. None of my doctors doesn’t understand why my surgery hasn’t been scheduled.When I asked when I started I was told the end of November or beginning of December. I was doing everything and was very motivated. I noticed I never heard a word from my case worker. I called no response. I emailed her and was told she wouldn’t submit my insurance class m until December then give I Them 15 to 30 days. So in other words 2018 deductibles must be paid first. My doctor was nice and understanding but I didn’t and don’t appreciate being lied to by staff.April 20, 2017by Lanetta Gardiner
