  Long wait times. Rude staff. they really don't care about you and your families long-term care. at least, that's the vibe i get. find a more caring medical team that spends time with you and treats you respectfully. you, as a patient, deserve that. but you won't get that here. no one in the office understands english well. when you call, you wont understand them on the phone and they won't return you call if you need to leave a message.

  Where do i start. 1) most of the staff does not know English so be prepared to repeat all your info and questions 3 times and spell you name and address over and over. 2) you'll be seen after at least 1hr or more wait. 3) if you leave a message for a doctor, you will never get a return call. If you need a prescription refill, you will be required to see the doctor instead of calling it into your pharmacy. I don't trust my body and my health to their poor practice management.
