  I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Benson for a few years now. Dr. Benson is very caring towards his patients, meticulous, explains everything thoroughly, and seeking to obtain the very best possible outcome for their situation. His work is outstanding and he has a very gentle touch. I am very satisfied with all the work that has been done on my teeth and results. His staff is super friendly, comforting, and always make me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Benson to family and friends. Thank you, Dr. Benson and Staff!!!

  Dr. Benson has been our family Dentist for a little over 5 years. He was our dentist when we lived in Richardson but even after we moved to Wylie, we drive all the way out there because he is very good with our children. Obviously, kids are not the best to work with but my 5 year old who has separation anxiety issues has no problems going to the Dentist. That is because Dr. Benson is very down to earth and connects with him on his level and doesn't force anything with him. Dr. Benson has removed my two older children's wisdom teeth and he worked with us on our schedule so we could do it when they were out of school for a week and we were home. For me personally, he did a root canal, then worked with me to get an implant and a crown. He showed me the available options and the comparisons of the different materials. He explained why some cost more and the long-term affects of other materials. He was very thorough and patient with me and then let me decide on my own. His also has a great staff. One of the things I liked about the staff is they will communicate to me the way I want to be communicated. I want text so they text me whereas others want to be called or emailed. They're always very friendly and smiling when I walk in. The hygienist is also very good with my kids. She talks to them and keeps them in the know and tells them (and even me) what it is she's doing and what she's doing next. As for the office, it's a very clean and well kept place. It's in a great location so it's safe and you feel safe. I say that because I had to get an MRI in a shady part of Dallas and even the office wasn't clean. The place is very inviting and well kept. The restrooms on the floor is also clean as well as the main restroom down stairs. Their equipment is also up-to-date. I got an X-RAY for my shoulder a month ago and they still work with X-Ray paper. Dr. Benson's office takes X-Rays that go right into the computer and we can all see it together. There are no secrets with them. Overall, this is a great place with great service and great people.
