  I had thought I had hit the jack pot when I first walked into Dr. Sorin's office back in the fall. I was referred b/c of chronic pain in my neck from several concussions/whiplashes. The first couple appointments were GREAT. After doing everything he told me to do (stretches, physical therapy, massage, and acupuncture) I had botox injections done in my neck by Sarah Freeman who is one of the RN’s. It worked great and I felt very comfortable with her. When it came time for my next botox appointment several months later, my appointment was with Dr. Sorin. His nurse came in the room and started asking me questions that I couldn't possibly answer, since I don't have a medical degree. She asked me if I wanted an IV during the botox. I asked her if it was recommended or it it would make the botox work more effectively. She shrugged her shoulders and replied by saying, "Whatever you want. It's up to you." This went on for quite a while and I was getting very frustrated. By the time Dr. Sorin came in I was in tears. He started the botox and at one point stopped and said, "Did I do something wrong, or were you in a bad mood when you came in?" Huh? It came out as rude and narscistic, which made me more teary. I didn't feel like it was a safe place to tell him what was going on, so I just kept quiet and went on with the appointment. The following day I called the office and left a message with his nurse Sarah (not Sarah Freeman) for Dr. Sorin to call me back. I was going to tell him what had gone on and why I was upset. He never called me back. I called 5 or 6 other times and left messages for both him and for Sarah Freeman. Never did they call me back. Soon I started getting phone calls from the office saying that it was almost time for my next appointment. I told them that the botox that Dr. Sorin did, didn't work at all. Zero%. So, I needed to speak with either Dr. Sorin or Sarah Freeman to see if it would make sense for me to have any more treatments. They office left messages for one of them to call me back. I'm still waiting, and it's been several months. This is the worst office. They don't actually care about their patients, for if they did they would return phone calls. I'm a 2 time cancer survivor, so I've been to my share of Dr's. Never have I ever been treated this poorly. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Horrible.
