- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I made an appointment, Dr. Desai was not available, so I went with Dr. Carter. I had my finger tips cracked and got blooding. In my first visit, Dr. Carter looked at it and she immediately said it is eczema. I felt there was infection, but she was keep telling me that it is eczema. She gave a prescription of cream. I followed the direction for one month and I did not see any progress on my fingers. I had the 2nd visit as a follow-up after 5 weeks or so. She came to the room and was keep telling me it is better and it will be OK in the next 3~6 weeks. I did not feel that way and was asking a few more things, but she seemed have no interest and was in hurry to go out of room as soon as she could. No wonder, after another 6 weeks passed, I have the same problem and nothing is improved. She does not really seem to care what patients feel and try to rush in and out.
