- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪United healthcare is the worst health insurance company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Something as simple as getting a prescription filled has taken me 72 hours 5 phone calls...and still no "decision on coverage" from them. Nothing worse than being sick and having your health insurance company make the situation even worse. Just try to call them and get an actual human on the phone.
